This the second time they done messed up my order. First they burned the bread of my sandwich. Now they made the incorrect drink then tried to tell me it was made correctly when I been buying them for almost 5 years now for my wife. I took my kids there this afternoon and the man working was so friendly! He was very patient with my two children and I just wanted to take a moment to recognize him! I feel bad I didn’t catch his name but he was maybe in his 30s and tall, and said he has two kids as well. It was around 2 ish that we visited. I usually love going to Dunkin but the one on Fort hood street is sad. All of our food was cold and the coffee didn’t taste like it had any French vanilla or sweetener in it. This isn’t the first time we have had a bad experience with them, but we will not be visiting this location anymore.

Still having issues with employees not wanting to work or not understanding what customers are ordering. Ordered a HOT pumpkin spice coffee WITH WHIP .. hmmmm no whip. Why?? So simple to do. This is not the 1st our company employees had to go BACK to get the order correct. Its a NOOOOOOOO for me at this location

They were out of a bunch of flavors even vanilla and chocolate. While the service wasn’t amazing I’m not gonna be upset for the workers attitude they had 3 people one for drive through one for icecream and one for the coffee and the icecream had crowds of people in line while the other two workers just stood there and watched her. She’s the reason I gave any stars in the first place.
