Very slow. Not that many customers. Lots of workers in back talking. Don’t see anything going on in the drive-through but just so slow. No one is offering to help front cashier. Broken bench seats dirty floors. Their trash overflowing.

Donuts are just okay. Kind of like store bought donuts. This location is understaffed and cannot handle rushes because of all the products they may have to produce. The staff is very friendly though and apologies for the long wait. They were working very hard and deserve 5 stars if I could give it to them. They were playing the radio pretty loud. Created more of a nightclub atmosphere than a donut shop.

‘Hot’ coffee served luke warm, ‘fresh’ donuts were horribly stale. Furthermore, WTH is that smell? Are you people nose blind? That smell = dirty kitchen = food poisoning! Incredibly poorly managed. I love this truck stop, but will likely go elsewhere since I can no longer trust not getting sick at this restaurant.

I have ate here several times and the first two times it was great. This last time my sandwich was horrible and I didn’t even end up eating it. Too dry and the eggs tasted weird. The coffee is always good though. I actually prefer it to Starbucks because it is sweet and not bitter. So my review would really be more like a 3.5 star. I’ll probably be back based on the coffee alone I just won’t get the same sandwich I got the last time.

I gave this place another chance… I’ve been 3 times this week.. the service is great and they did not disappoint. The coffee to me is actually the best in town. The breakfast sandwich is actually nice sized too for the price. It’s been consistent. Glad I gave them another chance.

The only reason this place even deserves a 1 star is because of the food. They need to have a whole new staff. They are all rude and lazy. They make us feel rushed when we come and order a lot. And complain to other customers about us because of the amount of food we ordered….which should be a good thing for the company! Why do these people even work here if they can’t stand their job and working with people? I wish there was another DD close by!
