Best customer service for any Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to, these two girls that work there, Evelyn and Hazel, were so helpful and nice when I was trying to figure out what to order. Every time I come here I make sure to order the Chai latte, they make it better than any other coffee shop I’ve been to. Coming to this place is the best!!!

I was so excited to see we were getting a Dunkin in our area, but the cost was way to high for what I bought and the food wasn’t anything special. 2 tiny breakfast tacos w/bacon and a medium macchiato for over $12. I could have bought 1 breakfast taco at Sonic to equal 3-4 the size of Dunkin. The prices were hard to determine and no salsa was offered or given with the breakfast tacos. The size of the breakfast taco was one size above the street taco size with maybe 2 tablespoons of filling. I expected the Macchiatto to be sweet, but there was no sweetness at all, but that may be on me, since I don’t do a lot of coffee. After I drove around to wait for the food to be cooked, when the food was brought out, I asked the girl about how sweet the drink was suppose to be, I was told it wasn’t but I could add sugar, but none was offered. The girl that waited on me was polite and did answer my questions. However, my real issue is the cost of the food. I don’t feel the food value in taste or size received was worth the cost paid. It’s highly unlikely I will return.

Terrible customer service! I was very excited to see a DD in Princeton. I’ve been here twice. Second time I went to get donuts for valentines Day. I wanted to get my 3 kids a little heart shaped donuts and breakfast, the donuts were squished and old. The chocolate was crusty and the donuts were thrown In the bag getting smashed. I looked at the bag and asked the African America girl in the drive thru why did she throw them in the bag that way, she looked at me with an attitude as if I was bothering her. It’s common sense that decorative donuts go in a box or at least carefully! I will be going back to the 2 donut shops in Princeton, where they actually use common sense and place the donuts in a careful manner! And they were hard also, we went around 9:30-10am.

Do not go here! I live right down the street from this location so I unfortunately go there sometimes when I’m late for work and it is terrible. The order is never right and the food is god awful. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. This is what you get if you ask for a bagel with cream cheese.

Walked in to pick up our mobile order. There was a dead fly floating in the iced coffee and a living fly crawling in the whipped cream. There were flies all over the other drinks awaiting mobile pickup and the drinks waiting in the drive through. Flies were crawling on the donuts under the glass and on all the surfaces that the food is prepped on. Please be aware, the staff was completely careless and still sold contaminated drinks and food knowing that there were flies crawling in and on them.

I just went through the drive through and the friendliest lady was working and was so chipper and upbeat. Then I just tasted this machiatto and it is the best one I’ve had in years from any coffee shop! Not super diluted, made with my substitutions, etc I pulled off 380 to leave this review… I’ll be back.

Visited this location 6/10/23 @ 8:10am-ish. The overall all appearance was very nice and clean. I was greeted with a smile. The young lady who took my order was very helpful as I left my glasses in the car, so she was gracious enough to go thru a couple menu items with me. I ordered a croissant sandwich and a refresher. My food was prepared promptly and tasted very good. All of the staff were so friendly. I will definitely visit this location again.

I read the reviews on this store and I was shocked. People are either very unlucky or their opinion isn’t accurate. Ever since this store opened, my fiance and I have went numerous times, the staff is always friendly! Bennin and staff are always friendly and create an approachable environment which keeps us coming back. Let’s be honest we have every single coffee chain on the same street, Dunkins price is the lowest, and now their customer service is unmatched. Consider us a long time customer!
