Really wanted to love it. Customer service was good but I asked for an iced matche latte with oat milk. They gave me milk. This would be something I wouldn’t mind but I’m lactose intolerant. You can imagine how the rest of my day went. Will not be returning and no longer a fan of dunkin as it seems they can rarely get orders correct.

I ordered a glazed and a Boston cream donut and both had the hard dried out texture of a 5 day old donut. It was not very good at all. The vanilla iced latte was also not good at all. The apple fritter was, however, excellent. We qualified for 2 offers according to the posters and their audio commercial in the store but was never told about them at the time of purchase and paid full-price.

I had to cancel my online order because once I arrive the store couldn’t fill it. The app allowed me to place an order and pay for the order while the product wasn’t available at the store. I would think the app and store would be more in sync. Which led to an issue of getting a proper refund.

I’m pretty sure they don’t read their orders. I SPECIFICALLY asked for DECAF coffee with a couple of pumps of vanilla. Seems simple enough, yes? I got caffeinated coffee with tons of caramel instead. Of course I didn’t realize the caffeine part until I drank more than half and got sick as heck! Here’s a pic of the cup. That wasn’t what was in it. Be careful.

Horrible customer service. My coffee was luke warm, all the donuts were thrown into a bag, when asked for a container to put the munchies in or an extra bag Ashley rolled her eyes. We also had to ask for sugar, creamer, and napkins. The girl continued to roll her eyes and hand everything off with attitude. People require very little customer service skills to work in fast food nowadays, and it definitely shows.

I asked for blueberry glazed donut, they were out. I asked for strawberry sprinkle donuts, I got plain strawberry instead because they were out. I asked for croissant egg & cheese sandwich, they were out. I ordered an egg & cheese wrap sandwich instead, and they were so burnt and dried up on the corners. I had to wait till I got home to break off the ends so my daughter wouldn’t choke on them. And the cheese was so burnt I thought it was fried bacon, but it was actually cheese. I showed it to the woman who served it and she didn’t offer to do anything about it. Picture says it all. The worst service I have received at a Dunkin’ Donuts. I gave one star because they swapped the strawberry donuts for chocolate sprinkles.
