(From my personal experience!!) Employees have shown up late when they open, leaving you waiting in the drive through for over 15 min while their oven heats up. Food was compensated but this was extremely inconvenient for the morning. Another time They forgot my donut with my breakfast sandwich & coffee, when I called back to see if I could speak to a manager and to have my next meal compensated, instead I was continuously cut off by tht employee as they later hung the phone up on me. Lousy, customer service and rude employees.

I lived in north platte for a long time I went to Dunkin everyday but when I moved to lincoln I would of thought that being a bigger place that it would be better I was definitely wrong i went through the drive through one day and asked it they could mix everything in the metal cup they said no they couldn’t do that and refused to make it that way idk I’m definitely not pleased with this Dunkin at all and my muffin today was the plainest muffin I’ve ever had

I have problems with my orders here at least half the time. Wrong items, items I ordered online are out of stock, app orders are just forgotten etc. I hadn’t gone back in months and tried again today. I received a barely-warm latte. I’ll just head down the road to Starbucks.

The restaurant is well clean and a comfortable setting. The employees are very nice and the prices are just right. The food is good and the coffee and iced coffees are delicious. Highly recommend it to colleges and people alike.
