I have come to this location a few times all with bad experiences. The wait is always very long with a line wrapped around. Today I was the only person in line, the man told me “I’ll be with you when I can”. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes before he came back on to take my order. Couldn’t back out as there were people behind me and couldn’t pull through as there was one car at the window. When I finally was able to order he stated he was unable to make food today. Extremely frustrating to wait all that time for nothing, especially while trying to get to work. Will not be back to this location.

We arrived at Dunkin ready to order our favorites. The drive thru attendant was extremely rude. Telling us that “ it was going to be a while bro”.. asked if we could order after waiting 5 minutes and was told we couldn’t and that he was too busy in a harsh tone. Decided not to give this store our business. Btw.. it was not very busy. Never experienced such a clueless and unreliable drive thru.

I have been to several in the Omaha metro…this may top as worst experience. Who freshly frosts a donut and puts it in a bag with another freshly frosted donut with no napkins? If you dont have a particular donut ordered, just say that. Its respectful and less crime scenish for the driver. The speaker is facing the very busy road so you have to yell in the microphone and then the window server was rude. Customer service 101.

I use to go here to coffee but the staff is rude and there always out of everything. So I went to Coffee Society where there is pure kindness and they always do my coffee the way I like. Manager is rude as well as staff. The wait is extremely long when it’s only one person.

Got there around seven thirty, the doors were locked. Hours said they opened at 4:30 am. Went through the drive through and advised. Jerry, maybe Jerrod was prompt and professional and apologetic about the locked door. Had a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Excellent all around.

The person at the window was the only one there and I understand the stress in that but I was the first one in line and only ordered a coffee. I had to knock on the window and he proceeded to curse at me. I just left without my coffee. Never going back and I’m calling management.

I used to take my kids here for breakfast every Friday, but not anymore. Two weeks in a row, I’ve shown up and the lobby is locked, but there are people inside working the drive-thru line. I understand being understaffed, but they haven’t bothered even putting a sign on the door explaining what’s going on. They just keep working and ignore any people standing outside. If it’s happening that consistently, the least they can do is have a process in place that helps customers understand what’s going on.

The coffee here is definitely hit or miss so I just avoid it and get water or chocolate milk or something if I really need to get a drink from here. The hashbrowns would be really good if they were crispy. The everything bagel bites are good. All of the sandwiches are flavorless so I always add mayo and mustard to mine or add an order of the snackin’ bacon to my sandwich. The sourdough one isn’t too bad and it’s pretty filling.

It’s so hard for me to give Dunkin a low review. Dunkin is my favorite! I’m not sure if this place is short staffed or what is going on. Multiple times now I’ve sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only about 5 cars in line. I’ve been super late to work now a few times. Couple times too I’ve tried to go in around 7:30 am to avoid this problem and the door is locked.
