They subbed the bagel bites without asking us first. They were COLD. And inedible. The coffee was amazing but they were out of donuts and multiple people walked out because of this. The lady that helped us was very friendly.

Warm greeting upon arrival and promptly received my order, I selected the raspberry holes that were absolutely delicious warm and fresh, secondly I prefer the breakfast sandwiche that normally comes with bacon but I opted for the turkey sausage that’s a healthier choice also delicious, chips and toasted. I recommend visiting this location.

first of all, i had to repeat my basic order multiple and then i still received the wrong drink AFTER i paid and then go i assume was the manager of this establishment, gave me a ton of attitude for absolutely no reason…take the bitter energy somewhere else and be more kind to your customers if you want them to return!!! horrible service !!!!

Disgusting. Absolutely filthy. 9:30 on a Saturday morning. The floor is a mess, every table is dirty, garbages overflowing, and moldy drink cooler. Orders stacked up with no one knowing who they belong to. The owner should be appalled.

A generally unpleasant experience. Picking up 2 dozen donuts. I hadn’t ordered ahead (had no idea that was a thing) the person working the register was very put out. When I asked yo get coffee as well, that was way too much. I didn’t end up getting the coffee again hadn’t ordered ahead so that was a no go. The single person behind me was very apologetic when she also asked for a dozen donuts she also hadn’t ordered. We were the only 2 in line. So if you’re going for a dozen or more donuts after rush hour call in advance, and if you want coffee to go (not a single cup but the box thingy) call way in advance. That said they were low staffed with 3 behind the counter.

I have only been to this location maybe 3 times. The first time they didn’t have anything. Which is no big deal, I know there are shortages. The second time I went, in November, I tried to order 2 dozen donuts for my daughters class, and they said they can’t sell 2 dozen donuts…. So I drove to the one off of 21st street and they had no problem helping me. The last time I went, a few days ago, the donuts we’re VERY stale. They were so hard that my 7 year old wouldn’t even eat them. It was bad! The other location is another few minutes from my house, but I’d rather drive there. They are amazing!

Served us burnt hash browns. We took them back and the manager told us that is how they make them. Never apologized and all of her employees were rude and argumentative!! Shame on this company they do not fit in Andover anyways.

This place is the worst Dunkin I have been to. They get my drink wrong 8/10 times. They are rude and they apparently can’t make their sandwiches right. I did order a grilled cheese and this is what I got. I don’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone.
