just ridiculous. I should not have to plan for an extra 20-30++++ minutes in my mornings to stop at Dunkin for coffee. If I could give zero stars I woulda. And it’s not about Dunkin as a whole because I love Dunkin and I literally stop at the Dunkin in Republic EVERY SINGLE DAY during the weeks. I always order ahead on the app. I literally order when I’m in Billings because I know that my is not going to be ready when I get there. Carey (the manager) has absolutely ZERO customer service skills, no sense of urgency WHATSOEVER, very obviously cannot multitask to save her life. It takes her 5 minutes to make one freakin coffee. And she never greets any customer when they walk in, never says a word to you while you’re standing there at the counter for 5+ minutes waiting for her to help you or even just look in your direction. And Faith is just as bad. Almost every morning it is Carey and Faith working together alone, the screens have tons of orders in red on them, their workstations and the place is a mess when it’s them working. They are rude and barely speak to you and my coffee is always either made wrong, tastes nasty, or not ready and I have to wait forever.

Went through the drive through on a Saturday afternoon for donuts. They only had two donuts in the entire building left. How does that even happen at a place specifically for donuts? Coffee was also horrible. And it took 20 minutes when we were the only car.

Went in today at 3:40pm to grab a donut and coffee. Had to wait a while for service. Watched a guy partially in back room on his phone not even paying any attention to front. While I was paying I was trying to get my rewards up and asked him a question about it and he told he he had no idea how to use the app. Then the girl came from the back to hand me a like warm watered down coffee full of coffee grounds. The place itself was super clean .

the workers are always rude when i, a customer service myself, try my best to be nice and friendly and leave a decent tip. every single time I have went here they’ve made a mistake in my order (forgetting a drink, wrong drink.) the remake I ask for is always bad, and so is the workers attitude every time. ive just thrown the drinks away lately because it’s not worth going back a third time.

The coffee was good. The issue that I had was the cleanliness. Everything was filthy. I should have taken a picture, but the floor, all tables, chairs, counters, every surface needed to be wiped down. It didn’t seem like a staff issue because there were 4 or 5 people behind the counter, but the place looked like it hasn’t been wiped down in weeks. There was grime, hand prints, and dried on food on most surfaces and actual trash on the floor. It was my first time at the Republic Dunkin and I don’t plan to go back.

Ordered two 16 oz lattes but they tried giving me two 12 oz cups, then went on to defend their knowledge when I argued that those were not 16 oz cups. They wouldn’t provide a refund but made it in the correct size, but only put about 12 oz worth of drink in them. Never buying coffee from this Dunkin Donuts again.

I had a very unpleasant experience last night at the drive-through. I called today to simply discuss my experience with the manager, as I did not want to leave a horrible review, although I did leave one star to start with. The conversation with the manager could not have gone better. They are trying their best to get things turned around. I know this is hard on them, and if they read this I want them to know they have my support as they go through this time of transition. I wish them well.

They were unable to get my online order correct, and didn’t understand what had been done incorrectly still when I arrived at the window trying to explain to them while showing them my online receipt. I ordered two coffees (those were correct). I ordered a carrot cake muffin and when I arrived they told me they didn’t have it and asked if I would except a substitute. We accepted the substitute without issue (additional donut to the one we already ordered). I ordered a wake up bacon and egg wrap, I was given some kind of croissant sandwich. I ordered one set of donut holes (3 donut holes) but was given two random regular donuts. They didn’t understand after visually showing them my order and talking with them. The two ladies working the drive thru we’re mumbling to each other and the girl in the hoodie told me they gave me what I ordered when they in fact had not. Poor attitude from her verbally and by looks. We left with the order still not completely correct. I will stick with the Dunkin options in Springfield.
