I’m not sure who owns this place, but they need to review these comments and make the appropriate changes. I have been to many dunkin’s and this is by far the worst experience I have had. I went through the drive thru and asked for literally the same thing I always got. Bacon egg and cheese bagel and a half sweet half unsweet Tea. The woman on the other end literally said “we dont have that” I asked “what?” And she said she doesnt know how to make that. She doesnt know how to make it. She doesnt know how to make a half sweet, half unsweet tea. Immediately I was going to laugh cause I thought she was joking. She was not joking. I didnt get a drink. When i pulled around i sat there for what seemed like and unusual amount of time. Then a tall dude opened the window and almost threw it at me aggresively like I had insulted them by asking for a big mac. I was pretty taken back. When i opened my bag i found a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Lol nit what I ordered. Apparently they dont know what bagels are either. Wont be back there again.

Stopped for some donuts to take to a meeting and a cup of coffee. The kids that work there act like typical millennial with little common courtesy or understanding. The donuts were OK, but not as good as Krispy Kreme. They seemed over-priced as well.

The bagel sandwich I order is so hard it nearly chipped my tooth. I don’t complain about “employee attitudes” cause that’s very Karen and I’d act that way if I worked at a dunking donuts too. I’m just upset that my bagel sandwich was literally as hard as a rock.

The system had just gone down so they were playing catch up on all the orders! The manager on, still kept her cool and treated all the employees very good with an upbeat attitude- even though this was a very stressful time.

this dunkin is literally the worst it’s almost amusing. EVERYTIME i come here it is something!! also everytime i come here i ask “do you guys have the croissant stuffers” and they always say “yea…?” with an attitude. i go to the window and am greeted with a “by the way we dont have any croissant stuffers.” when i DO get the croissant stuffers (was only like 2 times) the inside is still frozen when i get a drink with whipped drink/toppings it never comes with. the food is always still frozen or soggy. the attitude on these workers. im not coming here anymore. gave them too many chances and am disappointed everytime.

i’ve been here multiple times before wih no issues. Yesterday, i got the wrong drink and today my mom went in after work to tell them about it and the man with braids was extremely sweet to her and remade it correctly. My favorite dunkin thank you!

We waited for help for about 5 minutes with no other customers in the store and no one in the drive-thru. Once our order was taken and one of our drinks were served we had to remind them that we also had another drink…. The trash cans were over flowing at 9:30 in the morning on a Monday, and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. They were also to lazy to even put the toilet paper in the holder..

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I am a huge Dunkin fan! I just moved here from out of state and i was so excited there was a Dunkin down the street. Every time i have ordered here has been horrible. I thought the first few times they coud have been just having an off day…but every time i have been here the employee are just straight up rude, and make the drinks how they want them not how you want them,and when you say something they all huddle together and you can hear them through the window complaining etc. I will not be wasting my time going back there. I will just be making the 25 minute drive to Dutch Bros, they actually enjoy doing their job and get your order correct.

Don’t spend your hard-earned money at this location! A lady cashiering, wearing a red Worlds of Fun jacket was so very rude and unprofessional to me and my adult daughter just now! First of all we had to repeat our order a number of times, she kept asking the same questions, then after paying she threw MY receipt in the trash in front of us, so I asked for MY receipt and she told me “well… it’s a little bit late for that!” WHAT! So I’m not given my receipt at this Dunkin’ Donuts or even offered it as a choice and it’s my problem? Secondly, I ordered one hash brown packet and she charged me for two! I didn’t want to deal with her anymore, her hostile unprofessional attitude, so I just left and I will not go back to this location. It also would have been nice if she would have asked me if I wanted to scan my rewards app, which she did not. Then to top things off some very young lady working there came up to us and asked us in a very snotty fashion if she could help us with anything else. Geez, what did we do to receive all the attitude from these girls, please hire and train some people that can provide customer service it’s important! I often frequent Dunkin’ Donuts in Kansas and Missouri and I’ve always had a pleasant experience until now.
