They must have recently changed management or something because I never had any trouble until a few weeks ago. I came in for a mobile order like I always do, and we I reached for one of the tickets to check if it was mine (there was only one there.) Some lady I’d never seen before started screaming at me.

I ordered the iced matcha latte only for it to taste like milk and yes I am fully aware that milk is in it, that’s not the problem. The issue is that it just tasted like milk, just straight up milk with maybe a small taste of matcha. If I wanted to spend 6 dollars on milk I would have just bought two gallons at Krogers. Very irritating to want to treat yourself with your favorite drink only for it to taste like milk. I’m not sure if it’s just this place that doesn’t know how to make it properly, if they were to busy to do it properly, or if they do it differently, because the matcha I got in Sikeston was delicious and perfect. Anyway won’t be go here next time for my drink.

First, I had to wait while the staff were doing clean up before anyone took my order. Second, my Boston cream donuts had almost no frosting and very little filling. They were also dry, like day old.

We stopped for coffee and donuts while traveling through. After we had left town and were several miles down the road we discovered that neither of our jelly donuts had jelly in them! Very disappointing! And the coffee was not hot but lukewarm. Surprised by this!

Some of the rudest and most horrible customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. The girl on the headset early in the mornings is always incredibly rude and treats everyone like they’re stupid, honey, you work at Dunkin’. The coffee tastes different every time I get it somehow and the bathroom was disgusting. I’ve been here over a dozen times and I just can’t do it anymore.
