Very nice staff, but pretty sure the espresso machine is broken, or they may not be making it right. I always get Dunkin, and the coffee here was very weak. I even pulled back around to let them know and asked for another shot. They put it in but it tasted the same. They may be using regular coffee instead of espresso. Also, I paid $6 for a bacon sandwich with no bacon…I eat at Dunking frequently, and it should not be like this. Super disappointed.

1 star is far too generous and explains why the restaurant was a ghost town at 7am. Munchkins were not even glazed and their cold brew coffee is water with a drop of coffee.

Interior had panels coming off the counter. There was limited inside seating. Our donuts were actually hard, like at least two days old. We came at 5 pm but that’s not been an issue at other Dunkin’s I’ve been to later in the day. The worker was friendly kind of… would not recommend. Go hungry before you eat here.

I’ve only been here twice; first time was alright, though the donuts didn’t taste fresh at all even though I’d gone in the morning. I also really hated the bagel breakfast sandwich. Second time, the guy taking my order in drive thru kept interrupting me to make dumb teasing comments or to tell me they were out of pretty much everything i ordered (this was at 10am, and they seemed to be out of about 1/3 of the menu). Then my order was taken incorrectly and was short a donut. However, the other worker at the window was very nice and helpful, and the donuts were much fresher tasting this time.

I wanted to try dunkin donuts because when I was out of town in New York I had such a great experience. I wanted to try something other Starbucks. I pulled into the drive thru to find what I wanted. The personnel asked what I wanted and I stated I needed a moment, I haven’t been here for a while. I was on a call but making commentary, laughing trying to figure out what would be good to order. Instead of asking if I needed help. I was greeted with disrespect “are you ready yet?” I said “no, is there a problem, am I taking to long or something” the personnel replied “no, but I can hear your whole conversation” I’m not sure why this is or isn’t their problem and why it bothered them so much. It had nothing to do with them, nor was the anyone else in line. I told them never mind I didn’t want anyone to spit in my food or to not care about my order because I was having a good day and they weren’t. As I said “im good, don’t worry about it” I still was met with more attitude and disrespect” “ummm okay, and” ok bisssh I will never go to this location ever again.

I stopped by here at 500 am this morning and had a great experience. The girl at the drive thru window was really nice and respectful and I enjoyed talking with her. The assortment of donuts that she picked out was perfect and they tasted great . Also the egg and cheese wrap she made tasted great too ..I will definitely go here again ….

It’s Dunkin. You can’t get more consistent. They always have great coffee and doughnuts (I like the chocolate covered ones).
