The interior was nice. The employees were not. If the kiosk is down to order for yourself, the least the employee working the counter could do is say “hi, how can I help you?” Instead of just staring at us expecting us to read her mind. Then the girl making the orders mixed up mine and someone else’s order and just giggled about it. I felt bad for the other customer because she had already left and my order was smaller than hers. Overall, work on customer service please.

The first time I went I ordered a bacon sandwich and received a sausage one. The sausage tasted like cough syrup ngl. The second time I went I got the sourdough breakfast sandwich. The quality was good but it was seriously lacking in flavor. customer service was great tho. Employees are very nice.

I placed my order in the drive thru at 6:31am for a Iced Matcha Latte and a Cookie Cold Foam Cold Brew and was “greeted” by Jordan with a nasty “I don’t want to be there” attitude (I get it, it’s early and your first cup of coffee hasn’t kicked in…I don’t need to hear that though). I went ahead and placed my order ending my conversation with how her attitude is less to be desired (the nice version of what I ACTUALLY said) came to the window, paid for my order, and she told me that she’ll be right back. She closed the window and told her co worker something as she pointed to the window and left. Her coworker was JUST as cheerful and delighted to be there but at LEAST she didn’t have to say anything to me (if you can’t say anything nice I guess). I’ll avoid this place next time and just give Starbucks my money. At least the coffee tastes better.
