Ran through the drive through around 8:00am and got a coffee and a couple of regular glazed donuts. The coffee was great but the first donut I went to eat had to have been 2 days old. It was completely stale. The 2nd I tried to eat wasn’t quite as bad but was in no way fresh, I’m guessing that one was from the day before. The staff was friendly and fast but they’re also selling 1-2 day old donuts… There’s no excuse for this in a place that’s supposed to specialize in donuts. This is the kind of stuff you expect from a gas station, not a Dunkin Donuts..

The employees here are actually very kind and efficient. Went through the drive thru. The gentleman on the speaker informed me that it would be a moment. I said that was fine. Snippy and rude employee when you’re ordering who cuts you off and doesn’t listen clearly. Employees at window were childish and unprofessional. My order was prepared incorrectly: I asked for an untoasted bagel and received an over toasted one, excuse was the bagels were tough and they have to toast them to make them soft?? They shouldn’t be tough to begin with. The other bagel was completely BURNT. The bagels were extremely tough. My salted Carmel latte tasted like plain caramel. Will never go back to this location.

Awesome place for having donuts and grabbing quick light refreshments!!! Place is easily accessible from traffic. Inside is spacious, tables are neat and clean. Staff were well mannered and courteous and smile on face.

terrible place! they cant get an order right to save their lives. We’ve ordered delivery multiple times from this store and they screwed it up every time. ordered some special seasonal coffee – doesn’t have it, order specific 6 pack of donuts – doesn’t provide them, ordered breakfast sandwiches, DOESNT have the ingredients?!?!?!?

I love Dunkin but this location sucks. Ordered 2 stuffed bagel bites… and they were literally frozen.. like just pulled out of the freezer frozen. Drive thru was slow and couldn’t understand the person talking at all. Save your money.

As others have said, the man at the drive thru is very rude and unprofessional. I said “I’d just like an avocado toast, please” and he shouted “A WHAT?!” When I repeated it, he just said “pull forward.” At the window, he seemed annoyed to have to do his job.

This Dunkin’ was just overall bad. I sat in line for at least 30 mins. I ordered my food and drink and my total came to $9. I handed them a 10 and they wouldn’t give me my change back. They said they would give me a donut instead of my change but when i asked to instead use card they denied and said to just take the donut instead of change. I didn’t have a choice on it either. how do you not have $1 in change and why can’t i use my card. Overall disappointing. Will not be back.
