New employees need to be retrained. I visit this location 4 days a week and never had issues. I’ve been twice and my order was made wrong both times. I will not return. Okay, we need to talk… Every time I go to THIS Dunkin Donuts they absolutely stand out from the others I’ve been to. ALL of the staff greet you with a smile, they’re friendly, and guess what… they actually have a variety of donuts in stock throughout the entire day! The service is SO good that I asked the kind lady at the window one day if they were under new management or something… I already knew the answer “Yes!”. New staff, new owner, better service. Keep up the great work, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

This place is under new management and has improved tremendously. My daughter likes coming here and I used to dread it due to long wait times and incorrect order almost every time. New staff are extremely friendly, no issues with orders and very short wait time. Great service!!

I’ve been to this location multiple times, because I love Dunkin’. Frustrated more and more with each visit, but I keep thinking they will eventually get it right. On every visit they have several employees but none know what’s going on or know the contents of my mobile order this is frustrating – that’s the point of ordering ahead. Upon every visit the store has had to substitute my online order because they were out of something. Please fix your online ordering system- if it’s not available mark it that way or find a way to communicate that in advance and not at the window. When I went in to get my coffee corrected the facility was dirty, and employees were just standing around. Seems like a waste of money on payroll instead of having items available especially the ones you are known for – BOSTON Crème Doughnut.

We got donuts from Fairview Heights Illinois. I have never in my life seen glazed donuts that just have glaze on the top on the donut. I have been to a lot of bakeries and they all dip and glaze the whole donut. Worst donuts that we ever had. Five people sat down with their plates and everyone threw them away. 2 dozen in the trash.

Upon entry it’s a bit weird to enter with the doors. And the turn that’s not handicap easy. No button for auto door to aid entering. The selection was limited. The doughnuts list isn’t on the menu board outside so you just have to ask what they have or guess what doughnuts they have.

This location use to be horrible. I stoped going for over a year. I decided to try again and I’m so glad I did! The new owners and staff are amazing!! They are almost never our of anything and they ar consistent with the food and drinks. I have not had a single complaint with the new staff. I’m so happy I finally got my Dunkin back!! They even recognize me when I come in! And that alone means a lot to me! It’s nice being remembered and feeling valued. Great job guys!!
