I ordered a large coffee a lemon load and a croissant stuffer. The stuffer was still cold. The coffee tastes like it’s a day old and the lemon loaf had mold on it.

Lots of staff but not very well run/organized. Takes too long to even get a single cup of coffee even when customer traffic is low. Attendant at the drive-thru window was great, apologized for the long wait time. Had to wait about five minutes as the first car in the drive through at that moment. Parking lot itself had minimal cars parked in it. Some of the staff inside sounded like they were having a great time but maybe not focusing on work. I think I’ll start going to another DD store.

They messed up my coffee order three times. I ordered an iced Carmel latte. How hard is that??? The first order I got a iced black coffee with cream and sugar, the second day I ordered again an iced Carmel latte and got an iced coffee but this time I got two creams on the side instead of my Carmel latte. Then the third day I ordered again an iced Carmel latte and got and iced coffee with Carmel swirl and 2 creams and a 3 sugar:.:..I never have seen such horrible customer service and lack of paying attention. This was my first time going to this DD location. I went here before taking my kids to school, forever long line (but ok). Place my order, screen was out (but ok), get to the window to place my order and pay. T lady told me to wait a min while I thought she was collecting my order together she was putting together someone else’s order and adding to my time that was already depleting for my kids to not be late to school. I gather my ordered items and down the road I go, only to discover she ordered my coffee wrong. So after taking my kids to school I drove back and waited in another long line in the drive through, because I have a newborn and didn’t want to bring her inside, for my order to finally be complete and right. No gift card or anything to compensate Me for my wasted time. She did apologize, which was nice but even Starbucks and Chick fil a give out gift cards for inconveniences. First picture is the wrong coffee and the second picture is the rectified coffee.

Great place to get coffee and donuts from however if you order through DoorDash the coffee options don’t give you enough quantity to make your drink taste how it is if you want there in person but when you go in person they never disappoint! Friendly Service, fast and love that they have coupons!!

There were 8 employees in the front that I was able to count. There were more in the back, only 1 of the employees were actually making drinks while the rest were standing around talking to each other. There was no urgency to wait on customers and no customer service.

Worst drive thru I’ve ever been thru. Very large pothole right near the pay and pickup window. Not enough room for some pickups to get thru. Slow service also. Ordered small ice tea and plain donut and they they asked about a different order than mine. Had to wait for donut. Terrible.
