Nicky the manager is always so nice to me and goes out of her way to make sure other staff members get my order correct. I would also like to shout out christian she is always upbeat and so nice to every costumer. These two are a big reason i come to dunkin everyday. Amazing service.

I don’t even know why I continue to go back to dunkin. Bad service on multiple occasions. Their staff has no patience (ever), heaven forbid you try to order an extra donut at the window (they will close the window and talk smack… even though you can still hear them). Bagel bites- ALWAYS cold inside. I called, someone said they come cold inside. When you look the bites up on the dunkin website it says “try our plain and everything stuffed bagel minis filled with cream cheese, SERVED WARM”. Disappointed and hungry. What a shame.

Went through the drive through around 10:20AM the woman taking my order was upset, made me wait and rushed me though my order, then cut me off confirming my order. Threw it into my hand and left the window before I could say anything. My partner’s drink was correct although my food was as cold as it would be if I pulled it out of the fridge. With prices nowadays, customer service is the pillar of food service.

Super disappointed with our experience today. I love Dunkin’ coffee and come here multiple times a week, however the service is EXTREMELY slow most times. It takes an upwards of 30 mins at times to get a coffee, you will sit at the speaker and be told to wait for I am not kidding 10 mins just to other your drink. Today however was the worst, I ordered a Charli cold foam and my husband had an iced coffee..they handed us our drinks and his looked like water with a tinge of brown and my charli COLD FOAM had no foam..when I told them I had the cold foam they said yeah that’s what that is…then they took the drink and just added a smidgen of foam on top. My husband said his coffee tastes extremely watered down. I am highly dissatisfied as if I’m going to spend $5+ per coffee and wait 30 minutes I would expect it to at least be correct.

The service here is awful and the staff are very rude aside from the two guys that work here. Don’t rely on being able to use a card or coupon here because 90% of the time their card reader is down and their coupons “don’t scan” even though they are the ones that give them out.

I’ve been in the establishment multiple times waiting on service while I see employees on cell phones. Others have walked right by not even acknowledging I’m there waiting. I came in to get a plain cup of coffee and they didn’t even have any brewed. I hope their service changes so that a good review can be left in the future.
