Having just recently visited Silvis for some Ice Cream after work earlier this week, I wanted to visit the town again for something else. I’d had breakfast on this slow Saturday morning late in the day and wanted something sweet after. I ended up deciding to stop by this Dunkin’ to satisfy this craving.

This review is specifically for the Dunkin grilled cheese sandwich. It was abysmal. The bread wasn’t toasted. At all. It had the consistency of a rubber dog toy. The cheese had barely begun to melt. It was lukewarm, at best.

If you’ve been to a Dunkin before you know what to expect. The store seems to be kept pretty clean though I’ve only been in once. I usually order drive through.

Stopped visiting this location about a year ago because the customer service was just awful. Stopped in while nearby. Nothing has changed. My coffee is good but a tad of friendliness goes a long way. Again dropping dunkin & the eye rolls

When my family pulled up to the window, the girls were dropping F-bombs very loudly and laughing. Then the girl who I was handing a gift card and my debit card too asked if the card was a coupon, I told her it’s a gift card and put the difference on the debit card. She told another Co worker I don’t know what the F… this is. I drove away. Terrible experience I usually come to this location in the morning but today I came at 725 pm. Not the top crew in the evening.

There was no one at the front for me to ask if they had decaf iced coffee. All the staff were in the back. I was finally able to get their attention. Good news…they do offer decaf iced coffee.

I used the drive through for breakfast today and to say it was bad is an understatement. I ordered the chorizo egg wrap and hashbrowns. The wrap looked great on the menu with fresh eggs and chorizo and it looked like a standard size wrap. I was disgusting. I was a melted slimy egg and meat mixture in a wrap about two inches square. The tortilla was dry and tough. The hashbrowns were the common hash rounds like most fast food. There were 5 small rounds that were heated in a microwave. They were slimy and fell apart as you tried to pick them up. I threw out over half the meal. It was truly the worst breakfast food I’ve ever tasted. Any manager that would allow that to go in a bag for 8 bucks should be fired. I hope this saves others from wasting their money.

I appreciate the service from the worker and when I forgot order decaf and they were nice and considerate to fix it to make it right and it was very nice of them cause I can’t have a lot of caffeine.

It was the most unexpected drink I’ve ever had, and it literally tasted like liquid death. I thought I was dying my throat was burning and then when I went back in to ask for it fixed, I always give an attitude.

Just spent almost $20 on 2 sandwiches and a drink and they are both soggy croissants with a bland egg without salt/pepper/ any seasoning. Both sandwiches had 1 piece of bacon cut in half. Never will I spend $20 on soggy bread, a piece of bacon and an unseasoned egg.
