I typically go to this location for convenience but I think this was the last straw as far as inconsistency goes and terrible service. I know dunkin is famous for never knowing how you’re going to get your drink but this location goes as far as to give you an entirely different drink and then give you attitude when you question what it is they give you. I dont know if it’s a lack of training or what but today I went got a very simple drink and it was only about 2/3 full. There was no wait time, I got the drink, drove the 2 min to work and this is what I see…. the one at the Speedway is better if anyone else wants to convert haha

Ordered coffee at 415am to have ready at 435am. Order went through no problem. Got there, drive through was blocked off with cones. Went inside, all the lights for Dunkin are off and no one was working. I was still charged for my order. They even have a sign on the building that says “now open at 4am.” Not one person was there at 435am….

No greeting through the drive-through could barely hear them. Went to get the new cookie cold brew its all over the commercial. Don’t have toasted white chocolate latte. Don’t have. Got a peppermint cold brew with no foam. Every time we go to Dunkin later, they are out of what they are advertising. Do better.

This location is so proud of the fact that they now open at 4am. I placed an order on the app around 410 and made my way to the store. Drive thru was blocked off with cones so I went inside. Only to find out that nobody showed up to work to open this location. I left my phone number with the gas station crew and requested a call back, never received one. Upon contacting the store, I was told by an employee that she, “ain’t got time for this” and was passed around to multiple people who were no help. Finally I spoke with someone who explained how i can recieve my refund. Very inconvenient for this loyal customer as I work 2 hours away and didn’t have time to stop anywhere else. I will literally be driving right by this location and going to the other location by 57. Very unprofessional and ghetto.

Gave this Dunkin’ a couple opportunities. Donuts were stale and one of two coffees were wrong both times service through drive through was marginal. First time I got a couple donuts and iced coffee. Both donuts were mildly stale and decided if I needed a quick fix of sugar, this Dunkin wouldn’t be on rotation. Fast forward, I am running late to a family function and need some quick sugar for the whole family. Ordered a couple dozen donuts. Now even my mild mannered uncle complained the donuts were stale. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice and I will take my money and sweet tooth elsewhere.
