This is the closest DD to my home but I intentionally bypass it because of the chronically poor, rude service. I have lived in the area for MANY years and have seen the management of this location pass hands MANY times. Even after not visiting in almost a year because of the poor service; I tried it today out of convenience and nothing has changed. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing but customer service should be universal. Here it is NOT! PERIOD! I will not be going back. I’ll continue to travel further for proper customer service. This location needs to be evaluated even if they are an independent entity; they’re carrying the DD name.

If I could rate them a zero, I would. This is the worse Dunkin Donuts. They are so rude. They messed up my order this morning They did not even want to fix it or refund my money. Just Horrible customer service. Chose another Dunkin or just go to McDonald’s.

It never fails. This was my last attempt to go to my local Dunkin’ Donuts. This is the last attempt at getting coffee from my local Dunkin. Every time I come here the price is different or they’re telling me they’re charging me for something extra when previous times the didn’t. As I was voicing my concerns about the prices difference and being charged for extra when they usually don’t the owner started yelling at me over the intercom thru the drive thru. I didn’t want the order any more and it shows how much respect you have for the customers in this community. Tried to call the actual Dunkin customer service and that wasn’t any help either. They pretty much told me oh sorry we’ll have them call you. Call me so they can curse me out again for voicing my concern. I think I’m done with Dunkin’ Donuts. To Starbucks I go. Terrible service at almost every Dunkin’ Donuts I go too.
