I’m so tired of this particular Dunkin. EVERY time I order here it’s a let down. Just this morning, I ordered something so simple as a vanilla long John donut and a small iced coffee. I’m not sure what’s going on but as employees, you all need to stop being so trifling and careless about your job.. my donut had not a BIT of icing on it and it was hard. Why are you all giving away donuts like that? Would you want someone to hand YOU that? The employees here are really trifling and it’s disturbing. Then at the window, the guy (Hispanic with glasses, dark hair) working attempted to grab my coffee and ended up making it fall over and I WATCHED him use the same cup and just refilled it, then when I received my donut bag,, it was covered in the spilt coffee. I work in the restaurant business myself so I know good service/ etiquette and this place LACKS it. I would never be this nonchalant and careless when it comes to someone’s food. I literally wasted my money because I threw both the coffee and donut away.

I rate the customer service here a ZERO. I walk in, the woman behind the counter informs me. I have to place my order at the other end. I get to the other end 4 people standing there. One appeared to be doing headset orders. The other 3 just stood there looking. I walked out. You don’t need my business!

This place is verrrrrry busy and not much room for cars. Had to pull to the front to wait for items, which they still almost forgot. Have to hope not to get blocked in. Also their hash browns are too mushy need more of a crisp to them. But their employees seem friendly.

I get the after 2 p.m. coffee or tea and it’s a great deal for someone on a budget or wants to get a deal. If you go before 2 p.m. you will have to pay almost twice the amount. The customer service is always courteous and professional and always gets my order correct. It funny because I go there almost every day for an ice butter pecan coffee extra cream extra sugar and they know exactly what I want

This is the worst Dunkin experience I’ve had so far. I asked for a Carmel macchiato. Then the lady turned around and asked what flavor did I want. I should have known then something was going to be wrong then. I get the drink and 2 miles later I take a drink absolutely no Carmel in my Carmel macchiato. Didn’t have time to go back very upset . Would have given it no stars. Wish I saw the other reviews before going there.

At 8:18AM I went to this location and they literally gave a donut that was already bitten. The person who took my order was a guy and the person from the window who handed me the 12 dozen of donuts was a girl with glasses. So I’m pretty upset they gave a bitten donut.
