WORST DUNKIN EVER. Customer service was TERRIBLE. Super unprofessional, we walk in and the guy starts off saying “OH HELLLLNAHH” then they continue to chat over the headsets talking about us since we walked in late and they never acknowledge us. Terrible overall, I would’ve been okay if they at least would’ve told us nicely the lobby was closed totally understand however there was no need to be disrespectful and rude.

Worst dunkin ever! The crew is lazy. I have to go inside EVERY time to ensure that they give me decaf instead of regular because my grandma can’t have regular coffee. If you don’t catch it or watch them they will literally just pour you regular even if you ask for decaf. This is the 4th time I go inside and they pour regular coffee. Today they say they don’t have it. Which I’m looking And they do they just too lazy to make it. People you make coffee that’s your job so do it!!!! Never going back again

Over the course of three months, I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location multiple times, and unfortunately, my experiences have consistently fallen short of expectations. Each visit seemed to bring about similar disappointments. The breakfast sandwiches and hash browns I ordered on various occasions were often not heated adequately, leaving them lukewarm at best. To my surprise, there were instances when I found ice in my hash browns, which was quite off-putting. However, the pinnacle of frustration was reached when I decided to indulge in a thick chocolate shake. The drive-through attendant’s response was unexpected, mentioning that they would make the shake watery. To my dismay, they followed through on their statement, resulting in a shake that was completely devoid of the thickness I had hoped for. The accompanying attitude felt more like a punishment than a service, especially considering the premium price of $13 for the shake.
