We went and bought a Caramel Craze 7 minutes ago and this is what we got. RIP OFF THE LAST FEW MONTHS THE SERVICE ANF COFFEE IS HORRIBLE!!!! There’s another Dunkin Donuts on Cicero that the service and coffee is 100 times better. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THE COFFEE IS HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COFFEE!!!!! DON’T BOTHER TALKING TO MANAGEMENT THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUNKIN DONUTS!!!!

I went to this location on my way to work tonight and ordered a medium coffee 4 creams and 4 pumps of liquid sugar along with a chocolate glazed donut. I get my coffee from the guy at the register and I don’t even get greeted. Then my coffee looks watered down. I first I thought maybe it looks like that because it doesn’t look like it has 4 creams, but as I’m driving to work I taste it and it tastes watered down. I was very upset because I can’t go back to get it remade. At work I try the donut and it doesn’t look fresh. This place just keeps getting worse and worse. Last month I place an order through the Dunkin app. I went inside to pick up order and it took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. My order wasn’t even ready and the managers were trying to fix the screens on the wall where the donuts are, but never acknowledged customers or had their employees come to the register. When I got my drinks my coffee was missing liquid sugar and the two other drinks I got were not filled up to the line at the top, they were missing liquid. I had stopped going to this location for 2 years because of the customer service and I decided to give them a second change. They were actually good again, but now it seems like their consistency in good customer service is not a priority again. Terrible service!!

they filled almost the whole cup (Large) with ice and barely had any strawberry lemonade in there, i finished the drink less than 5 minutes and i was planning onto going back their for a refill cause of the ice and they didn’t give me a receipt, they charged me 5.19 when the actual price is 4:19 with tax on the app and if they didn’t refill my drink i was gonna talk to the manger but i prefer not wasting my time on this place.

Bagels were barely toasted cream cheese was put on sloppy and they tasted like a dirty oven. Now for the paper cups. The paper cups suck. They are too hot to hold and they don’t sit in the cup holders they provide. Today it fell out of the cup holder as I got out of my car and last week the lid fell off in my car.
