Today I had the worst interaction! I don’t know what kind of business practice this place adheres to but I didn’t certainly deserve to be yelled at. My husband and I went to order coffee and donut. We proceeded to let the guy know what we wanted when he suddenly started screaming. We looked at him in confusion I guess we ordered to fast but why not communicate without nastiness? I avoid confrontation at all cost and also have the utmost respect to people that work in customerservice. I was disappointed to say the least. Do better!!
