The kids that work here just stare at you and ignore you until you say something to them. They just hand you food through the drive thru like you have two heads without saying a thing. Super weird and socially awkward. Cannot believe they handed me an iced matcha latte like this. These other reviews are completely correct too. Just avoid this location.

Always order turtle blast( 5-6.00) cup of coffee.. very hit and miss , sometimes its ok , other times it’s terrible. Tried a few times , understanding that people have bad days. But today was final straw , coffee was terrible and the pesto grilled cheese ( great at other locations) was wet and soggy and the bread was not even toasted. The owners are rude and could care less about the product they put out. Prices are not cheap , but the service and products are! Avoid this location! Maybe they will learn

Manager tried to blame the Uber driver for items that was missing in my order, this is 2 weeks in a row where I ordered cream cheese bagels and all they sent me was literally 2 plain bagels with no cream cheese at all, and also missing items. Manager said his employees put the cream cheese in the bag and the Uber driver took them. That makes no sense, and arguing over the phone about it. Last week he just hung the phone up on my wife. This time I actually drove there for him to correct the order which he did actually do. This was clearly the restaurants mistake and they want you to go through Uber to go through them which takes forever. They think they will get away with it all the time because people won’t actually drive to the restaurant and confront them about it. All I wanted was my correct order that I paid for and they wouldn’t provide it until I went to the store. He should have offered it over the phone at least but did not until I showed up. Own up to your mistakes. Sometimes Uber does make mistakes and misses grabbing a bag or something, I understand that but these times it was clearly the restaurant at fault.

HAS TO BE THE WORST DD I’VE EVER BEEN TO. They wouldn’t add a medium coffee to my order. I could understand if it was their busy time, i.e. morning rush, but this was Saturday at 2:15pm. They said they were busy. There was literally 1 car behind me in the drive thru. I said, “you’re not serious are you?” The kid in the window looked to the manager/blonde co-worker, and she nodded. The kid in the window was obviously embarrassed, but the cop- worker didn’t want to get up and pour a cup of coffee. I told her she could keep the order. Went to DD on 128th & Southwest Highway and the young girl in the window was so incredibly polite. Felt like I was on Candid Camera. Owners should really check the people that are representing them. BTW, I never write reviews or complain. I just couldn’t swallow this one.
