So this location really confuses me, scan pen never works 1 min of sitting in drive thru, order on the go is never ready, 2 minutes of sitting in drive thru, then WHEN I SAY NO SUGAR SOMEHOW MY COFFEE TASTE LIKE SYRUP, I AVOID THIS LOCATION AND I LIVE A BLOCK DOWN, ONLY IF IM RUNNING LATE….now I work 45 minutes away so I’m running late today and when I get my hash browns I just put them in my purse, I smell burning in my car that I crack my window, adjust the heat, not know what I smell is my hash browns burnt so BAD u can smell and taste the burnt, VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD LIKE REFUND

Rude as hell , stood at counter for at least 10 minutes before even being greeted. Call the girl over and asked for the store number .. then she started smirking I asked if it was a cor store or franchise she just said yeah … but not to which answer. Just rude as hell . Providing good customer service should be one of the top priority’s !
