I usually order through the drive through but I figured to save time I’d try the app… I specifically ordered the glazed old fashioned munchkins no chocolate because of an allergy.. when I went to the window I asked the lady to make sure there would only be glazed old fashioned… She opened the box and said oh no there’s chocolate and glazed. I showed her what I ordered and asked if she could get the ones I ordered. Her manager came by the window and said they ONLY come assorted which is weird because the app allows you to pick which ones you would like. They also have a sign that says if you have an allergy please inform us… Well I did I’m not trying to be that difficult person but if they have a sign that they can accommodate allergies and then they don’t it’s upsetting. I had to give away all 10 munchkins.

Terrible! Don’t speak hardly any English! Messed up my order 3 times in 1 visit! Finally they got the order right but the wrong size! I just said forget it, give it to me and started to leave, and the woman at the widow started to yell something at me(not in English) but I didn’t have time to go back. Probably a good thing for their sake. IF YOU CAN’T SPEAK THE LANGUAGE WHY THE HELL ARE YOU ALLOWED TO HAVE A BUSINESS HERE???

Massive kids inside screaming, throwing ball in the ceiling hitting one of the ceiling lights and just mishaving acting foolish and screaming from the top of their lung. The employees didn’t say anything and let them do whatever. I was shock to see how bad and loud it was. Couldn’t even have a conversation while having coffee because we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. Take control before this beautiful new place get destroyed. Watch your cameras!!! The dirty mouth was unreal. It was a shame as an adult watch this behavior unfold. I hate to say it but Ghetto.

I had to choose a place to make the first ever gender reveal cake for my older sister. So When this location agreed to do their very first gender reveal ice cream cake, I was so excited! The manager was the most sweetest person to work with and was able to give us what we wanted in a 24 hour notice!!! Props to her cake maker for taking our ideas and making a cake worth a while! I would recommend you guys to choose ice cream cake over color dyed cake any day. It was the best tasting cake ever, and all the kids enjoyed it.

The Indian lady is the most rude unprofessional person I have ever encountered at a Dunkin’ Donuts. The other lady I think she’s Egyptian wanted to help with my order since they got it all wrong at the drive thru. So I went inside but her Indian coworker was so disrespectful. She refused to fix my order. I’ll never come back to this location. It’s very dirty too. No wonder why the place was empty with no customers.

This dunkin used to be really good, but recently it has gone downhill. They take my order at the speaker fine, but once I get to the window they list off the wrong things and then I have to clarify what I want. They have the total thing blocked off and they don’t tell you what you’re paying at all, just take your card. I got my food today, it was still frozen in the middle. Just horrible lately.
