I come between 3-5 am for work and sometimes during the day but the coffee and service is always 10x better. They were not taking Apple Pay and the guy that works the night shift gave me my coffee still he’s always nice and polite.

I don’t see why this location is still open. It’s ALWAYS something with them. The hours say one thing online, but they’re hardly ever open or no one is in there in the evening time. When they are open or someone’s there….it’s either “we’re not taking cards”, “our system is down”, “we don’t have this or that”….just always something! The last time I went they were only accepting exact cash. Today I went and they were clearly open but no one ever came to the window. Cars were still coming in. I drove all the way to Hickory Hills when this one is 2 minutes from me. They need to close permanently…let another business use that space.

Employees were rude. Grabbed my card, handed me my food. Never looked at me. Never said hello. No “here ya go”, Never said “have a good day…” I actually paused for a minute before leaving because I wasn’t sure if our interactions were done or not…thought maybe I had another bag coming.

This Dunkin is the worst one in the area. Some of the employees are really rude. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t like interacting with people. They also don’t care how they put the donuts in the bag. I ordered a chocolate donut and the donuts were upside down. When I took them out of the bag, the chocolate was practically gone. The donuts weren’t fresh either. They were cold and hard. I’ve had this experience several times.

I went there on 3 separate occasions and they always messed my order up when I went through drive thru, so last time I decided to walk inside… They told me to place my order using their touch screen, I got half of my order and had to wait another 20 for box of donuts even though they were not busy and had 4 ladies working there. .. They would just ignore customers who walked in so most of them would leave after few minutes… worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Don’t waste your money on buying these overpriced stale ice cream cakes. It’s extremely obvious the cakes are way past their expiration date. They are so stale and disgusting.

I handed them a $4.99 coupon for a coffee, egg cheese croissant sandwich, and hash browns. And ordered a bagel separate. I was not given a receipt and was told $7 something. I checked my account and was charged close to $10 after I got home. Next time I will have to ask for receipt. Is this a mistake or on purpose? Not cool at all.
