I usually don’t take the time to write these but I think everybody should know what kind of establishment is being run here. A couple of days ago me and my fiance went Do the drive through just for a Simple cold brew coffee and a latte They gave me a spoiled milk am I drink And yes they were nice enough to make me another one but by that time The damage was done. We have had and I do not stress this enough EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA for the last 4 days now. I haven’t been able to eat even gelatin please do not go to this establishment ever Unless you want to end up in pain with stomach viruses and flu.

I have been standing here for 15 minutes, no one acknowledge us at all. They are literally just walking back and forth like we aren’t here. The female worker asked the male worker was he coming to serve us and he said she can do it and walked off. Gladly taking my money else where. I won’t be back !

They gave me half an apple fritter about 15-20 minutes ago. The one girl had a really bad attitude when I told her I had an apple fritter as well. It was literally ripped in half. I have been coming here lately because their brown sugar cold brew is good but who gives someone half of something they ordered. I get these once a week they are always the same size and the donut was very clearly ripped in half. I will not be returning. Friday 7/29 2:30pm

This is my 2nd favorite dunkin. I hit them up daily on the way to work and even tho the line is always ridiculously long the service is still fast and accurate! I have to leave home an extra 10 min early or in guaranteed to be late(even tho I work across the street) but it’s worth it.

Bro if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The absolute worst customer service and don’t get me started on the management. Absolutely unprofessional and doesn’t not know how to handle situations. The food is horrible, the donuts were hard as a rock as if it were left out for days. When I order anything from here they always get it wrong like please pay attention so everything run smoothly. Ridiculous, I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. —10/10

They always forget my things and I never do reviews but today at 12:30 I went through drive thru and ordered a water . The lady on the intercom cut me off and rudely said I GOT THAT! So I’m like okay . Then when I received my order my water wasn’t not in there. I told the black lady I didn’t have my water which she replied you have to pay . I told her I ORDERED a water and she said the Hispanic worker didn’t ring me up . That’s funny when they so rudely cut me off and said they had it . You need better workers . Sadly this is right by my house and I’ll just drive somewhere else .
