So happy to have another sweets option in the rural Village of Manhattan. Dunkin’ sometimes can have a long line at peak times but service has always been good. We enjoy getting a dozen donuts sometimes as a treat on the weekends. We even were given an extra donut once and the inside is always kept clean. We’ll be making more stops here in the future.

This next generation Dunkin’ just recently opened here in Manhattan and it’s a great place to be. The crew is so kind and welcoming. They have gone above and beyond to make sure the store is clean and safe, the food is hot and fresh, and most importantly, that you leave this place with a friendly smile. The order/pickup experience has gotten even faster and easier whether I order at the new touch screen kiosks, through their digital menu drive-thru, or with my smartphone on the Dunkin’ app. I just picked up their new avocado toast w/roasted tomatoes on sour dough bread and I paired it with a Nitro Cold Brew coffee w/Sweet Cold Foam… delicious! Manhattan runs on Dunkin’!

This is the most unprofessional place Ive ever witnessed. Pulled up to the drive-thru and someone was imitating a disabled person as the young girl giggles in the backround. They took my order , tried to over charge me then messed up a simple coffee order. The order thing i can deal with but the offensive behavior is bothersome.
