Has messed up my order 3x now in the past month and they do NOT fix it. I am done giving benefit of the doubt and chances here. “Less ice” – whole cup is filled. Their way of fixing it was scooping it out and adding milk to half the cup. Thanks for my milk drink , where’s the actual coffee? Messed up my order AGAIN today and I was so tired of dealing with them I just asked for a refund and they REFUSED to give me it. Don’t bother. There’s plenty of Dunkin’s around that know how to do the job. Train your employees on how to make the drinks and read orders.

The two men working were absolutely rude to me. Then made my drink completely wrong. I had to just walk away as all I had asked for was a French vanilla iced coffee black. The drink I got was full of sugar and cream. Not sure how there was a misconception but I’m never going back there again.

Can I just say that this place is awesome? The employees are just so sweet the two young ladies that are there in the morning always do my order right. As a college student I need a cup of coffee just to open my eyes, and I appreciate how nice they are and how great my coffee is. The manager is great and I can see that he actually cares. The other employees in the morning, to my knowledge, are incredible as well and they brighten my day. This place is a constant stop for me and when I want good coffee I know which dunkin to go to. Keep up the good work and thank you for your impeccable
