Four donuts…I am not ordering a half caf extra caramel macchiato with dairy free whip and crunchy topping. Just four donuts and they always seem to mess it up with just a random assortment of some of the ones I ordered. Order: one vanilla, two chocolate, and one sprinkle. Get: two vanilla, one chocolate, one sprinkle crammed into a bag so they are all mixed flavors. Not a big deal to an adult but to the kids……Don’t bother going here. Go to the one down the road on Archer and McCarthy. They’ll get it right.

Typically I don’t have many issues when I go to Dunkin’, but this morning’s coffee was certainly not their best effort. My biggest complaint overall is inconsistency. I get the same thing and it doesn’t always taste the same. The photo I took of the coffee I got this morning is probably the worst I’ve had.

I’ve been going here for years ordering the same coffee everyday since they were in the Plaza and built the new place on 127th. (Plaza was 10 fold better) I Haven’t complained about the inconsistencies. However, the past 3 months (my same order XL w/cream and sugar have been so inconsistent at times it tastes like I’m drinking black coffee straight, and times I’m drinking coffee with cream and no sugar. We all like our coffee a certain way, and look forward to it every morning. I’ve been going to the one on derby road and they have been way better. As for now they have been consistent. Anyone realize they have a new lead person every 3mo. Why?

Lately, the line will reach about three cars deep onto 127th. I waited for about 10-15 minutes to order and when I got to the speaker, they said they weren’t making food until 3pm “due to staffing shortages”. Maybe pay your workers more and you’ll be have the help you need and perhaps put up a sign in front telling people you’re not doing food so you won’t waste a bunch of people’s time. The food is usually good, if you’re able to get it.
