Very unkind service, absolutely rude. The young girl at the drive thru window was so rude I felt like returning the munchkins I got. They had zero donuts at noon on a Saturday. Than she had an attitude when I asked why? Also didn’t have the powdered donut holes. I promise I won’t order from this location ever again. Hire better people. Attitude was so bad I’m sure the owner knows it already.

I will never return to this location again. Drive-through service was horrendous. As I waited at the drive-through for my total before pulling around, I heard the employee say “why is she waiting at the window”. Then after paying, I found out they gave me the wrong order. And they didn’t get a receipt. Do yourself a favor and drive to the nearest Dunkin’ Donuts away from this one. And I am speaking of the people working at the drive-through the morning of August 21.

I used the drive through few times and must say-This place is full of surprises. Can be fast processing and running smooth but the speed comes with a price. Orders are frequently messed up or you get a bagel that is nasty looking or cut awkwardly. Sometimes the order is delayed, and they ask you at pick up window what did you order?

It’s hard to get donuts and coffee when the front door is locked. I could have spent 20 minutes in the drive thru line, but decided to go further down Dixie Highway to Starbucks. They had an open lobby and comfortable dining area, not to mention a better selection of drinks and pastries.
