Mannnn, I was just charged almost $12 dollars for a wake up wrap with bacon, a 1/2 sausage pattie and cheese no egg, six miniature hashbrowns and regular ice tea. I was expecting around 7/8 bucks but not $12! I had an appointment and no telling when I’d be able to grab a bite so I bought it but never again, even though my food was fresh.

Worst experience ever , thought I made purchase but when I looked in the bag there was nothing in the bag but 1 donut no 2nd donut or bagel. Worst off to try and call and no number to the business. The recording comes on and say the number has been disconnected or changed with no further info to follow up on my visited . But they got my money .

There is only one employee at this location who provides friendly service. The others are cold. The worst one is a woman at the window who will not greet you even after you directly say “good morning” and/or “have a nice day.” This is the last day of me frequenting this location, I will go to the one on Chicago Road where they are much friendlier.

I pre-ordered 4 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of coffee the day before for a meeting I had the next day. Not only was my order not ready at the time I asked, They only gave me 3 not 4 dozen donuts. I did not realize the missing dozen until I was at my meeting. I went back later and got my money back. That is the second time I have pre-ordered from DD and they got my order wrong.

The morning crew rocks, but the staff working in the afternoon have no idea how to read customized coffee orders (2 sugars means 2 sugars, not half the cup to where it’s undrinkable) and don’t fill the cup all the way. Go to a different Dunkin if it’s after 11 am

Bad. Bad bad bad. Worst Dunkin in the area, not even close. Employees are always rude and just mumble under their breath. The drinks are always awful. I’m 100% certain they reuse coffee grounds and water down their drinks. I’ve had better coffee in the Jiffy Lube waiting room.

DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely terrible service. The employees give no respect even when given it back . I ordered a large iced coffee and paid for it for then to tell me after the fact they no longer have large cups that they will give me a medium so I informed them that the price is different for the medium and large and that they owed me money they said no the price is the same. If that was in fact the case why would I buy a medium over a large if price is the same so basically I would be paying more for less coffee. I explained this to them and they would not give me the partial refund for the coffee so I had my entire order refunded. This location and the family of employees that work here have no respect customer service or knowledge of the product they sell

I ask for a small coffee (cream with no SUGAR). He charge me for a medium, I ask him a small & give me a refund for the difference. I drove off & taste it OMG so much sugar. OMG he gave me a diabetic coffee. I return to the store & ask for a refund. He already had an attitude & he started talking disrespectful to me & told me no more, I wont service u again, dont come back here N#&@;. I was numb, like Wth did he say to me. I drove off. Now it becomes an legal issue.
