0 level customer service. Very noisy. All are only talking in Gujarati and not even 10% of English. They hardly speak English. I ordered 4 items ( Egg croissant, Plain and everything mini stuff bagels, and hash brown) and I got only 3 ( haven’t got hash brown) when I checked after reaching home. So don’t trust this Dunkin person. Please makes sure before leaving the store. Never ever go back again. The owner has to follow strict guidelines against the employees. If no one is in the store then they can speak or do anything but they have to make sure other customers as a priority. Customer is everything to them.

Lady on the intercom was rude, rushed us, and could hardly speak English. The wake up wraps were gross, overcooked yet cold, and not on the usual tortilla. Never usually go to this dunkin and won’t ever again. Absolutely awful. We were in and out of the line quick which I thought was nice but I see why it was so fast now. Staff is too worried about their timer and don’t care about the product. Annoying.

Workers are rude here. I had a coupon for a free drink and the guy couldn’t put it on the computer and was just giving me a difficult time. He said I was doing everything wrong when I literally wasn’t he just didn’t know how the app works. I ended up going to a different Dunkin and they did everything with no questions.

Another Dunkin’ Donuts not allowing customers inside… no interest in allowing your customers a place to sit down and relax and enjoy their coffee. Can’t have a conversation, or meet somebody here for a cup of coffee. Can’t look over your business notes, or even use the bathroom as other restaurants are required to allow. I guess it’s up to the owners, not Dunkin’ Donuts. For this reason, I will no longer patron does Dunkin’ Donuts.

I was working in the area as I tend to work at different areas due to my job but came inside since I wasn’t sure what I was getting I told the lady if she could give me a minute from the beginning she has a mad mean face like she didn’t want to even be there almost like rushing me to hurry up and buy something and get out type of deal. After like 30sec I said let me have 1/2 a dozen donuts she proceeded to tell me $6.35 before even letting me choose my donuts but I didnt swipe my card yet I chose my 6 donuts I swiped my card and she had the nerve to yawn in front of me and hand me my receipt as she was walking away no thank you come again no hello welcome to dunking donuts can I help you. Absolutely unprofessional very rude and will not be coming here again. I don’t expect royal treatment but a simple hello or have a nice day would be sufficient since I still said thank you and she said nothing.
