Good donuts,coffee and service! Really clean in there too. Did wish it was a little more kid friendly though! No high chairs or changing tables made it a little tough for us so we’ll probably stick with drive through in the future.

this location closes over half an hour early. completely locked up and shut down 45 minutes before their listed close time. i wasted gas BECAUSE they were supposed to be open for another 45 minutes. horrible way to run a location.

Stopped on a Saturday just after noon. Drive-thru was super busy, so I went inside. Still a great selection of doughnuts available, even so late on a weekend day. Customer service was friendly and efficient; the person helping asked what size box I preferred for the number I was ordering – very helpful!

this place either routinely closes before it’s posted hours or the posted hours have been incorrect for a bit I’ve been here twice now between 7-8pm and it’s been closed.

Manager was barking orders at the employees while I was at the window, highly unprofessional. Probably why they neglected to give me a knife for my bagel, no napkins, and didn’t toast the bagel the way I requested. I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with him.

Just left this location with my wife and food tasted weird. To realize it was the cheese. It tasted spoiled. They also burned my wraps. I had order an egg/cheese sandwich and 2 egg/cheese wrap. This is unacceptable when you pay over $10 for food.

I had the best experience here and I always have I have gone to all the Dunkin’s on Randall and this one by far the best one, one employee in particular always goes above and beyond to make sure i have the best experience I can, it’s not just me but when I see him deal with other customers he always has a smile on his face and acts like he genuinely likes to work there. Some of the things he does to make sure I have a great experience EVERYTIME is he follows up and asks how the coffee he made was after I take a sip and when I have 3 drinks or more he gives a drink holder without me asking. None of the other locations do this. I will only be coming here from now on. If you come to this Dunkin and Preet is working, you will have not only good coffee but a great experience.

This is a great convenient Dunkin’ location. Their workers are always fast and the owners are very friendly. I would not recommend for people with dairy allergies because there is a lot of cross contamination with mixing spoons, and some misunderstood orders which has caused problems for me.
