This is one of the nicest Dunkin’s I’ve been to…. I would either come in the morning and or the evening and there are 2 guys there that knows exactly how to make my ice coffee and I leave them tips…. If I could give this no stars I would. This is the closest location near my job and according to their updated times they open at 4am. On numerous occasions I pass at 530ish and purchase through the app and it’s closed. Once I came and female employee tried to nag me for ordering through the app and arriving “too soon” and I proceeded to tell her that it would be the same if I ordered at the voice box. I don’t understand the audacity to be upset over a long wait/line yet I’ve seen them rushing in at 5?! Do better by arriving 15 minutes before opening so you have everything ready at 4.

If you don’t know what flavor donut you want, I would go to another location. Tried to go to this location twice recently and both times, the lobby has been locked. The drive thru at this location was not planned very well and is not convenient, especially if there is a long line. So sometimes, it’s more convenient to go inside. I don’t always know what I want and the times I have used the drive thru, they were out of the donut I wanted. If your short staffed, then post a notice on the door as to why your lobby is not open. Don’t just lock the door and force everyone to use the drive thru.

I never had a favorite Dunkin Donuts location before but this one by far is the best I’ve been to. The staff are all great and super friendly. They even have chocolate chip muffins and finding a chocolate chip muffin at a Dunkin Donuts nowadays is almost like looking for a unicorn! They make their coffee really good, probably the best in the area out of other nearby locations. I drive past 2 other Dunkin Donuts locations to get to this one, but it’s worth it.

I asked for no egg on my breakfast sandwich & clearly they read the order back to me that clearly said no egg. But when I got my sandwich there was egg on it. I had to pull over to take it out and throw it away before I could continue on my journey. Which added more time to my trip. I cannot eat eggs which is why I told them no egg. Period. It’s Pretty frustrating when you order something customized and the order was clarified by the order taker but you still don’t get it the way you order it.

I decided to try the Oat Latte advertised. After repeating my order twice (unmasked clearly) in my car. My order was taken. Took a while to get it. Was charged extra for the Oat milk. $1 the lady told me. Surprising, since that is not mentioned on the website. OK. I expect it will be good. I live 5 minutes away. I immediately opened at home and didn’t see the customary swirl on top. OK. Took a sip and it was less than lukewarm! Are you kidding me! It actually tasted like a regular cup of coffee! Not one hint of Oat Milk! I have had TONS of Oat Latte’s, so I recognize the taste. Needless to say after paying $5.98 for this (remember I said $1 for the oat milk) and 5 donut holes (which were doughy) I am thoroughly disappointed. I should have closed the lid and taken it back. Instead, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE your location IN LIFE. Shame on you for ruining MY day!!
