Sunday morning 9:30, long line at drive thru, so went inside. Lady in front of me and I stood for literally 5 minutes watching the owner and 5-6 employees making drinks for drive thru. Nobody even glanced at us! Nobody manning the counter for walk ins. Crazy. Finally a girl asked the lady before me… “Have you been waited on?” Unreal. I finally hollered out, Can I get 2 donuts please?

Ordered ABC, with XYZ and was told to hold on a minute. When they came back a few minutes later they said ok, that’s an ABC with XYP? So I told them the P is a Z, to which there was more silence, so I repeated myself. They gave me some attitude about hearing me so I cancelled the order. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you like burnt, black coffee with your plain, stale donut because they can’t handle much more than that, in my opinion. Absolutely terrible, don’t waste your time and money here.

Worst service ever! I placed my order through the app for pick up at a specific time. I get there and have to wait 20 minutes for the manager to tell me she didn’t see my name and said it in a rude tone. I then checked the app again and the order was indeed placed. She then saw my name finally and started to get my order going. At this point it has already been another 10 minutes. She then gave me my coffee and complained that I had more to my order. Then proceeded to not even give me my whole order. I tried going inside and the doors were locked. There were multiple people who saw me standing at the door and I was ignored. Don’t waste your time here.

Came here today through the drive-thru. I was sitting in the drive-thru waiting for them to talk to me. I didn’t say anything while I was waiting. Then the girl got on and said “you just gonna have to wait a minute”. Ummmm ok? Then she gets on and was very obnoxious about the way she was talking. She said “whatsssss up my girl!!!!! What can I get for you my girl!?” I then ordered my drink, and she stopped me to change my order to something “cheaper”. I ordered a medium iced pumpkin signature latte with nonfat milk and no whip. She said it’s cheaper to order it as just an iced latte with pumpkin. Okay cool. Yet I still paid almost $6.50. When in your app it should have been only $5 with how she said she put it in. She was just very unprofessional. But the girl at the window taking payment and handing out drinks was very sweet. She didn’t have a head set on so I know it wasn’t her. And she kind of seemed embarrassed with how the other girls were acting. It was 8/18/24 at 9:30am. And my drink was TERRIBLE. I ended up throwing it away and going across the street to Starbucks.

Three errors on drinks were made while I was there (wasn’t very busy) and the girls working there laughed it off. My cashier was swearing when she spilled my drink on her hand, with the owner standing right behind her. Very unprofessional.

Two stars because the staff does their best, but they have to STOP putting a sign up on the door and closing the dining room. We make online orders to walk in because we don’t have cars and are on a short break. Change the settings on the app, or keep the dining room open

i placed an order on doordash at 3, saying food would be here by 3:25ish, and the dasher was waiting at the store for a while, and it finally got brought at about 335-340ish, and didn’t get to my house until about 4pm, and they gave me cheese and egg bagel sandwiches instead of english muffins.

I always go to this dunkin and the service is always great! I do want to leave a review for someone in particular. I never got her name but she worked the drive thru today (1/27/23) at around 8:30 am. There was something slightly wrong with my order and I let her know and she was so sweet about it. She fixed it right away! Because I go to this dunkin often I have encountered her many times and she is ALWAYS so sweet and always has a smile on her face. It really makes my day!!

The employees are always polite and friendly. Like coming here. Only downside is their location and the parking lot. Holy pot holes batman! Plus not to mention that it can move very slow when it get super busy. But they always try to get their customers taken care of and I really appreciate that.
