I am not sure how they stay in business. Every other time I come here they are out of things or items are not available. I went to the drive thru an hour and 10 minutes to close and the person comes on the speaker and lists numerous items I can’t have because they are out of them. I said, I just want a cup of coffee do you have that? She said I think it’s brewing, so I said I wouldn’t mind waiting and then she said she needed to check,. When she came back in I was informed they had already cleaned that and stopped serving coffee. This has happened on numerous occasions. It might be time to just change your hours and close earlier because your staff doesn’t want to work late and is closing everything down early anyway.

When I go there in the morning at 4:00am, most of the time when the usual young man is there, service is great. He promptly takes my order at 4 o’clock. When he’s not there and the manager is there, good luck. The last time I was there I waited at the speaker til past 4. I had to pull up and knock on the window. The manager tells me they don’t open til 4, then just walks away, leaving me sitting at the window instead of taking my order. I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for work. I call that poor management. I hope they retrain or change management. Maybe then the place would be run properly.

It really is a pleasure to come to have breakfast with my family….the breakfasts are better here than with the competition….maybe I’ll pay a little more, but it’s always worth it. The food has better quality and taste!

This place is new and clean, however The staff are not trained properly And if they where than they’re not being observed properly by management. I would be curious to know how often the brands District manager visits this franchise.

Every time I come here the girls that work there have an attitude, no matter who it is it’s really annoying. If you don’t like your job, then quit someone else will happily take your place. I literally dread going there because I know I will have to deal with some sort of annoying attitude.

More training is needed at this location. Idk if your workers just don’t care or are high but almost everytime I order from here they get it wrong. I came back in hopes it was just coincidence but I’m guessing it’s not based on these reviews. Ordered a white chocolate peppermint mocha, hot. They said the steamer wasn’t working so I got it iced. What I received was a regular mocha, no peppermint with what tasted like burnt or day old espresso. Very disappointing!
