Complete idiots. You’ll only get service if you go through the drive through, walk in orders take 30-40 minutes. IF they’ll even acknowledge the order you place on the Dunkin app, which they don’t half the time.

Not sure what’s going on at this location, everything used to be great. The Last month or so I use my mobile app, to order coffee or ice tea with sweetener. And my order comes out right about 70% of the time. They miss my Sweetner. I hope they can fix this,and take the time to read the app orders

Went there a couple days ago and had this incredibly rude employee, “vivana” was her name? She rolled her eyes constantly and handed me my drink almost spilling it! I decided to go the day after for corporates number but then instead got Katherine Cruz number and she told me to look it up very rude and unprofessional saying she doesn’t know corporates number? Also place needs some cleaning up it’s so disgusting.

Not a happy situation. Ordered iced mocha latte – easy on the ice, a refresher and some breakfast food. Was given all but the latte. “Please pull over in the parking lot and we will bring it out. Waited over 10 mins. Went in and stated my situation on where was my latte. Lady there said “did you make it?”. Obviously he didn’t. Sooo… he made a hot latte – which is what I did not order and decided I was done with this game. Got my money back for the MIA lattee but didn’t even get I’m sorry. Im not either because you lost a customer
