Customer service is so slow.

Mediocre service and INSANELY expensive. The last time I went here, a bagel sandwich, hash browns, and medium iced latte cost me $13! They also took a bizarrely long time to prepare my order, even though I only saw one other customer inside the store, and nobody at the drive-thru. The food tasted alright, so I’ll give them that. But I’d rather go to McDonald’s now, where the same sort of food costs $5 less!

The service here is really bad. I’ve waited more than 10 minutes to get an iced tea with only one car in-front of me. As someone who’s worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts before this is seriously unacceptable, you should want to get people out of the drive through not wait for the line to pile up.

Worst Dunkin in the area. Servers are rude. They do not listen to what you order. They are on their personal phones instead of getting what you ordered. This used to be my daily coffee stop, and the service has declined horribly. I would recommend any other Dunkin.

This dunkin is so bad. They can’t make drinks properly, take way too long in the drive thru, and constantly tell you they are out of things. Like today I show up after placing a mobile order, they asked if I only had a drink, I’m like no I had 3 sandwiches as well. Goes back, looks at the order ticket and comes back and tells me, they are out of all bread.. go to the dunkins down either way on army trail for a better experience.

Nothing against the people that work here. They’re friendly and courteous. My mobile order is almost always messed up. I look forward to my coffee but the wrong coffee just messed up my morning.

This dunking it’s a nice spot. They have comfy chairs and very clean. The staff always friendly and cordial. I’m having a cold brew with brown sugar(usually comes with 3 pumps of syrup,,asked for one). Perfect , bold and tasty

I get DD several times a month. My order has been wrong at least 2-3 times per month. They give me wrong items , items are missing etc. even when the bag clearly states the items.

Service is awful and the employees here are quite awfully immature we were at the drive thru and we were getting a dozen donuts mid way the drive thru person left and told us to give him a minute we were okay w that but he left us hanging for 10 min we asked if there was someone there he asked to give him a min again we waited and left there after waiting again there was a line of cars behind us and after we left we noticed all those cars flying by and getting their orders taken!!! How rude
