I went there with a 99 cent coupon for a medium coffee. I got to the window and the guy wanted over a dollar from me with the coupon. He called the manager over and she wanted to charge me 5 cents for tax. Nothing on the coupon said anything about paying tax. So I just left. Then I called to speak to the manager because I read my other coupon just to make sure it didn’t say I had to pay tax and it did not. I said are you the manager and the girl hesitated… after a long uncomfortable silence, she hung up. So I called back and they did not answer. I wouldn’t go there again if they gave me free coffee for a year. Brand new business and this is how they treat their customers right out of the gate. McDonald’s is right across the street. There coffee is better anyway.

I went through the drive thru with a 99 cent coupon & ordered a medium iced caramel coffee with cream, sugar & a shot of espresso. It was made & tasted exactly as it should! I always taste my drink before I pull away because other Dunkin’s have messed it up too many times in the past for me to trust. The gentleman that took my order here was very kind & soft spoken. He made sure to let me know that even though I had a 99 cent coupon, my price would be more since I added the espresso shot. Great communication & great service for a newly opened restaurant!

Many people were worried about the new business coming to town. I’ll admit I was one of those people initially… but it’s been proven to be a beacon to the community and offers commuters a convenient stop as an alternative to McDonalds. I was worried it would congest traffic in my neighborhood, but if anything, it’s brought life to it! The drive thru line is long enough that it doesn’t pile out into the road and it doesn’t actually cause any traffic holdups. I was worried it would be a nuisance and loud but it’s quiet and docile for as busy as they were opening day! They even put up a privacy wall to be courteous to the homes next to it. And has even caused some otherwise speedy drivers to slow down! I think it’s great to see the community growing and can’t wait to see what else comes to town. I think many people are afraid of different. But different is OKAY. I personally think it’s a great location for a company as notorious as DD. It allows for more small businesses to fill in the downtown area and to keep that “small town vibe” while still offering variety. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Loud and obnoxious, terrible location. Inconsiderate to the families that live in the area. How did Genoa township approve something like this ..? Land and animal homes destroyed to put up a building here, when it could have gone any where else in town. Air conditioning unit is loud, pollution from the building, lights are extremely bright like a football field, the local kids use the parking lot as a skate park, the ordering sign is bright. Traffic is high in a small area. Extremely inconvenient where they placed this building. Goodbye small quiet town of Genoa!

First time being here and it was a horrible experience. I ordered 2 bacon egg n cheese sandwich. They gave me one so I pull up to window again to tell them. They said to pull up somewhere n they’ll come right out. I went inside instead. Then the girl who was working. Briana Mercado. She gave me two wraps. Had to go back in n tell her what I ordered. Order comes out and it’s just one sandwich again. Had to tell her again I ordered two. look at the receipt. Finally got my food after three try’s. Not good customer service.

I ordered a french vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar and it literally tastes like water. no flavor, and no sugar was even put in it. someone royally messed up and on top of that no one would even pick up the phone after three calls. horribly disappointing.

I’m so glad that Genoa got a Dunkin where you can get a better cup of coffee and a donut for a decent price

It’s nice to have choices, in town! I frequent most of the local establishments and welcome another business to town.

One friendly place compare to what’s out here, the people seemed pretty entitled to complain about such little things like taxes that eveyone has to pay, finally something other than a bar that’s overtaken by motorcycle crews, hope more up to date places pop up, tired of all the biker bars
