Ordered a bagel sandwich and coffee. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and rude. Without letting me finish saying what I was ordering, they kept asking anything else? Most places let the customer finish talking at the drive thru before asking if they want anything else. Paid for the meal by CC and asked for a receipt, and was looked at like I was out of my mind. The person that I asked didn’t even know how to get the receipt and had to ask one of the younger employees to get the receipt. It’s not the first time I’ve been treated like this at this location. Thought it might have just been a fluke and have tried a few times, but it really never gets better.

Cold inedible hash browns. Both coffees tasted old. They didn’t have the requested bagel for my breakfast sandwich but said they had a sesame bagel. Not ideal but okay. Ended up on a cinnamon raisin bagel — which is disgusting for a breakfast sandwich. The bagel was also the smallest I’d ever seen at a Dunkin’. No refund or gift card can be issued upon complaining unless we go back physically to the location. Madness and stupidity abound. Don’t do it. Never spent over $20 so poorly.

Mike’s Garden In The Forest!

They give you regular coffee when you ask for decaf. They dilute it with hot water. I ordered at drive thru and I notice the coffee was way strong. So next time I went in to watch. Caught her using straight caffeine and adding hot water. I complained and owner quickly started brewing a pot of decaf. This shows they never have decaf. Dishonest.

The store just remodeled and let me tell you it looks amazing. The staff is very polite, professional and caring. The manager goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Their egg and cheese croissant was the best I’ve had so far, definitely fresh. I will definitely keep coming back to this branch. Just an amazing experience overall. Shoutout to the crew

Worst Dunkin ever. Customer service is not good. Hit or miss if you place the order online. Last time they put only 1 sandwich instead of 2 and missed the donut. When I went back to get missing food, they gave me the wrong donut. They are careless and don’t apologize for anything.

I was going to this DD for years. The team was great, the coffee/bagels DD quality. We spent at least $30 a week there, for years. Well, obviously that wonderful owner sold it to these people. Today was my 3rd and final visit. Watered down hot chocolate and they water downed the cream cheese on the bagel. Corporate wont make the corrections So I decided today is the last $7.00 they will get from me.

The last few times I have gone here have been and experiences. I order ahead, drive is about 15 minutes. I arrive and they asked what my mobile order is. 2-3 times and it still is wrong. Very very understaffed with one person most nights. Not okay, tour business is being impacted by that lack of staffing.
