The most horrible experience with Dunkin’ ever. Was there on May 13th, 2023 around 8 pm. Rude staff at drive-through, didn’t hear what you order at all. Gave wrong donuts, wrong coffee. Thank you for not throwing my order into my face. Of course, he didn’t give a receipt. Just closed the window and went away.

Pretty disappointing experience, especially when all I could eat was the one donut I got since everything else was burnt… The hash browns were all burnt, stuck together and cold. BOTH of the bagels I got were burnt as well, barely had any cream cheese in it, and stale. As for the strawberry frosted donut, it seemed fresh and tasted pretty good! Probably won’t be returning since the line was ridiculous and the food was even worse.

Their coffee machine was out of order, I waited patiently for long time. I had to go and I politely asked for a refund. Instead of apologizing to me a Spanish lady did a very disrespectful gesture in her culture. The gesture was to make me shut down. I did nothing for her to make that gesture. I tried to explain to her that I am just requesting a refund. That lady insisted to insul me for nothing. The lady created a mess in the store where it was full of customers. The lady had no respected for these customers, for me and for her self. Dunkin should make sure to hire “civilized human beings” to serve its customers. This lady has no civility and the gesture she made is not part of american culture and Dunkin should advise her not to use it. That took place October first between 9:30 and 10:00 in the morning.

It almost seems like a chore when I have to ask you to stir my iced coffee. I don’t understand why you all think it’s okay to hand your customer their iced coffee without stirring it. Do you think I enjoy taking a huge sip of just syrup? Do your job and stir the damn coffee… don’t like it? Find somewhere else to work
