Out of the last 7 visits 3 were not good. Had hard bagle bites, waiting 20min for decaf because the one guy forgot about be. The tonight wanted a decaf iced and was told 30min. I prefer decaffeinated this should never be a issue at DD ever.

Have lived in McHenry for 3 years and every time I have gone to this location they have messed up my order. I totally understand that the employees are primarily teens but obviously owner/manager at this location should be training their employees better. Maybe it’s time for corporate to actually fix the problem.

Grateful for the kind service! Today I was a Dunkin in Island Lake and got a cold cup of coffee and very disappointed! I took a chance and stopped at a different location, the Dunkin in McHenry off of 120, to see if they would correct it and they did! I will be back to this location if I’m in the area! I ordered two large raspberry lattes. I got home and opened the top because they felt light when they were handed to me. They were half empty. I also had to tell him my order again at the window. For 14 dollars for two coffees, this is a joke.

Ok. Not all locations are great but this one on 120 fabulous. The young girls here are efficient, helpful and warm. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon instead of barely having any donuts at this hour was well stocked. Thanks so much for fresh and a tasty selection. As very affordable a dozen of donuts and love 31 flavors ice cream. Will definitely drive to your location for our munchies.

Hailey, Kendall,Casey, Joanna are awesome. I came in with 6 of my friends and as we started ordering and each of them helped and worked as a team to take care of our orders. You don’t see that kind of customer service anymore. Usually everyone scatters away but 1 but they took care of us with all orders being correct in no time flat. Thanks guys very much
