Horrible. I was in this afternoon and the young guy working was absolutely horrible. I ordered and he did not seem to like what I ordered so he started mumbling angrily under his breath so I asked “is something wrong?” NICELY but certainly stern. He ignored me! Then my sister added to the order and he did it AGAIN. So I asked again, this time louder, if there was a problem. And this little dude the NERVE to yell back at me “DONT YELL AT ME!” First and foremost, I was not yelling at him. Second, I know the customer is not always right, but I know me and I know I’m not one with a short fuse at all. This dude was super rude and VERY aggressive in his demeanor. I genuinely thought he was going to attack. My sister and I left. I have tried to find the number for customer service because I need to speak to the manager. This is NOT okay. I used to work at a Dunkin so I know you deal with super rude people but that was NOT us. He didn’t even acknowledge us. He was on his phone and it took him a few minutes to come to us at the register. Absolutely NOT okay. Seriously, what happened to the Hispanic lady that used to work there!? She had it on lock! Customer service, environment and good and fast work!!!! Bring her back. The small guy working there 7/26 around 1:20PM needs to be let go. There’s additional questions in this review and I can’t even answer because we didn’t end up buying anything. He was THE worst.

This is NOT an efficient staff at all. It’s 6am and there is one person working. I waited 10 minutes and she never acknowledged me. This place needs more employees and better trained employees. And maybe take out ur ear bud so u can focus on ur job!

Please hear me out folks, I have been to tons of Dunkin Donuts before, this one was #1 for worst customer service. The young boy working Tuesday afternoon I would say around 3:30, this kid did not say one word to me. He didn’t smile, in fact acted angry and frightened me as well. I ordered 3 coffees to go and it was the most disappointing experience I’ve had in a while. The coffee tasted days old, (even though most of the iced coffee is prepared the day before) it was all old. His attitude and the fact he couldn’t say a word to me made me never want to come back. It’s my sisters works usual stop as well. It must have been the owners kids cause a female who went behind the counter took off on a bike. If this is the owners kids, shame on you.

Went to this location a few times. They let their product run out, and will not make more for many hours. Once I went it at 10 am, and they were out of 95% of the donuts. Overheard (manager??) state that more donuts were not going to be made until 3 pm!!! I was going to a business meeting, and wanted 3 dozen donuts. But I was stuck going to another business. Very disappointed in DD due to this fail on their part.

My sample size is not very big since I’ve only been there twice, but both times my drink was so wrong I didn’t drink it. It is not a complicated order (iced tea with one sweet and low) and one had not sweeter and once had way too much. I don’t know if the speaker doesn’t work well (I went through the drive thru) but you go to this DD I recommend asking for your sugar and stuff on the side and putting it in yourself.
