I stopped coming here years ago, but my husband wanted to do something nice for me so he got me an ice tea. Now he knows why I don’t go there. The ice tea is always watered down. And the fact that they charge 4 dollars for ice water with a splash of tea is outrageous.

This is a good Dunkin Donuts. The staff member I worked with during my visit went above and beyond to make my son happy. I’m disappointed to see they don’t carry the chocolate frosted, vanilla creme filled donuts I’ve found other Dunkin’s carry. I was told no branches in IL offer that.

Just got home w disappointment number 2 in a row…. Yesterday my order was a medium iced coffee and a medium ice caramel macchiato, received 2 iced coffees. Didn’t complain, not a big deal, I have off days too. Today I ordered one med iced coffee with an espresso shot and got what I think is a medium milk or cream w a shot of espresso, definitely tastes like it. This time I had to say something as the second iced coffee yesterday was still enjoyed, this just can’t be….. Would have driven back but the parking lot is being seal coated so it’s a bit of chaos due to the customers not understanding how to navigate the cones n ropes, maybe due to lack of coffee like me.

Go there almost every morning due to convienence. If you get a glazed or topped doughnut , make sure to get it in a box because if they put it in a bag, it’ll tear off the topping every time. Otherwise standard DD goodness.

I went this past week. The young lady was by herself and running the drive up and walk-ins. If you have ever worked in a restaurant with to go and walk up and sell merchandise it’s a big freaking job.

I’ve tried this location 3 times. It’s on my way to work so it is convenient. However, each time I’ve visited the coffee tastes old, and is never made the way I asked for it. The only reason I’m giving any stars is because the staff is friendly. But it’s apparent, they do NOT know how to make coffee, or insist on serving old stuff. Either way, I won’t be wasting anymore money at this location.

Ordered 5 large containers for pickup. Got there 10 minutes after scheduled time and NONE of them were ready. Ended up waiting 40 plus minutes until they were ready and filled. Ended up being over 20 minutes late to a party. Completely unacceptable.
