All three workers were trying to make my drink, it was just a frozen coffee with raspberry. I ended up getting handed basically a raspberry smoothie twice with zero coffee in it before giving up. The bagel I got was inedible, it tasted like it had been sitting on the shelf for a month and it was almost gummy.

Horrible Service!!! Had ordered an Iced Macha Latte w less ice & an Iced caramel Macchiato with oatmilk and less ice. I was waiting on my drinks and I got the Caramel iced macchiato with oatmilk, and I noticed that they had put down my order wrong. They put down an Iced Macchiato instead of the iced matcha latte. I asked them if they can redue my drink because it was not right and they remade it with a cup full of ice from top to bottom. I asked her politely if she could remake it because I wanted it with less ice. She dumped half of it out and some ice and added just milk and just left it on the counter and walked away. I am so upset that she acted that way. The staff needs better trianing in Customer Service. This girl had a nose piercing I didnt get her name because before I could say anything she walked off. My drink went straight to the garbage. It tasted like regular milk. My receipt # is 6645 10/15 @2:21pm ID 424325 Jonathan

I’m a trucker, i went in at 6pm needing a coffee. There was a sign posted be “back in 15 minutes”. I waited 25 minutes and no one showed up. The store was open. No employees. I feel like i should be paid for my time wasted

The service was awful. After placing the order the worker disappeared. Finally came back and made sandwiches. The bagel was so hard couldn’t even bite through it. Asked for cream cheese and was told it would cost $4.27 for a little condiment? Seriously? My family ordered from another restaurant. Got their food and was done eating it before I even received mine.
