The donuts are good, when you can actually get what you ordered. I am fed up with ordering Glazed Blueberry Donuts and being told AT THE WINDOW that my order cannot be fulfilled. And the hoops they make you jump through for a refund, unacceptable. If the company can’t give me the goods and services I paid for, I expect to be reimbursed, plain and simple. But instead I am forced to accept a substitution that I didn’t want because of poor customer service.

We were waiting at the counter without any staff interaction for 4-5 minutes, and the employee taking our order was super rude. Unfortunate since this dunkin is right by my house. Today was the last time to give this place any more business. It’s managed by what looks like a sixteen year old high school kid and a crew to match. Bought a coffee and the cup and lid can’t seem to stay tight enough to be leak proof. Drive back and ask who’s going to clean up the interior of my car , the manager tells me it’s not their fault the lids don’t seal. That tells me they knew. I have had several bad experiences here already and it’s enough. I had to ask them for a refund. She gave me back the money while snickering and laughing with the other slumber party goers. They also don’t know who owns the place. They will soon. Good riddance.
