This location is probably the worst. I have been coming to this location for the past couple years and it has just fallen off. I have given this place 5 different chances on 5 separate occasions and they’ve failed me every.single.time. My order is very very simple. A medium caramel iced coffee with no sugar. I continuously get either a Hot coffee with just cream. An Iced coffee with no carmel. Customer service is in the negatives. No hello, no thank you, no apologies just straight annoyed faces. Those employees do not want to work there and you can see it on their faces. Disgusting i will not be coming to this location again.

I miss the staff from a year or 2 ago. They didn’t have bad attitudes lol! Every time I walk into this place aside from one employee, everyone is frowning and looking miserable. They take 5 minutes+ to greet/help you/take your order. They all look at me and look away a few times before they ask me what my order is.. it’s SO WEIRD! Am i supposed to barge in demanding my coffee?? I’m not impolite so I don’t interrupt them but do I really have to wait 5 minutes for you to hand me my WALK IN order that you left next to the drive thru instead of the mobile order shelf? No, I don’t have to wait because I will never return to this Dunkin even though it is .3 miles from me.

Service was very slow. The donuts were fresh but the gallon of hot cocoa we ordered was terrible. Barely had any flavor and was very watery. It was a waste of $20+. Unfortunately, we had some pretty cold and disappointed softball players with that one.

Zero customer service. I know the food industry struggles to find employees, but the ones here just do not care. No hello. No thank you. No total. Nothing. My young daughter asked if the cashier was mute???!!! Lol. At this point I think they read the reviews and try to outdo themselves with rudeness. They didn’t even tell us when our order was ready. They sat around talking to each other as we are waiting and still said NOTHING. There are too many Dunkin donuts to choose from. Avoid this one. There is a location on Elmhurst Rd a few minutes away. The ladies are always nice. It’s tough because this place is a drive thru, but do yourself a favor and get out the car at the other location! It will most likely be quicker anyway. Give your money to a location that actually appreciates your business.

This dunkin is a hit or miss. Today’s visit was not so great ordered 2 coffees got to window and they were messed up. She corrected my order at least I thought. My one coffee was still wrong . PEOPLE HAVE ALLERGIES TO CERTAIN ITEMS!! I get there is only 2 of u but slow down and get orders right before u mess up someone’s order that cost them more then just the 3 dollar coffee they ordered

Where is Dunkin’ Donuts over? Can never finish my menu. of what I want they’re too lazy to make cappuccino blast. Does Dunkin’ Donuts should not have a Baskin Robbins. Very lazy very impatient and not polite at all. She told me to move to the window when I was even finished with my order I came here three days ago and I had to wait 15 minutes at the window for a medium, hot coffee while she still serving people inside when I was here first, somebody’s gotta do something with this Dunkin’ Donuts. It is horrible. And I order a lot of stuff from here and they are too lazy to give me mini donuts come on now. Nituben if you hate your job QUIT !!!! WTH. The teenagers are usually here.
