Ordered coffee at kids temperature but after telling him twice, he then Put some ice diluting the flavor. He dropped the donut inside the paper bag (not on purpose) to the floor, but asked me if I wanted other donut or still that one.

Cashier couldn’t even get the order right after repeating it 3 times. Asked for caramel macchiato with a lot of sugar got literally the most sour espresso ever. Ringed me out for 3 wake up wraps but only got 2 and both werent what they supposed to be plus the cashier just had an attitude as of she was doing me a favor making my food.

Walked up to the counter expecting to order a drink. The one employee working answered her cell phone instead of assisting me the customer. I waited in case this was an emergency. she walked into the back room came back and told me to keep waiting she was almost done ( literally held up her finger to wait ) . Long story short i walked out with no drink or food.

If you go early, you get your choice of anything. But anything after 11am, you might as well go to a grocery store bakery. It would be nice to know they stay stocked at least to get til a few hours before they close. I understand them not wanting to have waste, but they can always sell day old and fresh. They would still run out if they did that. I’ve been told their donuts come pre made and frozen. Not sure how true, but if that is true, there is no reason to run out

I’ve been ordering from doordash at night time and Doordash support always call me to cancel my order because the restaurant is closed or they never answer the calls from them. I don’t know what’s happening because on the doordash app it never says the restaurant is closed.
